My luggage always stays behind in connecting flights. If I try to get a bigger gap between flights then the second flight will get cancelled and my luggage will be stuck on the wrong plane.

Talk about bad luck. I've never hard my luggage go missing, not yet but I'm sure it will happen eventually. For me, one of these days my PC is going to crap out on me because I leave it turned on all the time!

My luggage never goes missing, it just decides to take the scenic route between planes and arrives some hours too late at the destination.

          From the comedian Gallagher:

Airline Rep: Good morning, sir. How may I help you today?

Gallagher: I have a ticket for Houston boarding in an hour. I'd like this bag to go to Los Angeles and this bag to go to New York.

Airline Rep: I'm sorry, sir. I can't do that.

Gallagher: Well, you did it yesterday!

I failed to test code before deployment. Almost a million people couldn't use my stuff. They were less than happy, but at least I was quick to patch it.

Test yo code, test yo code, test yo goddamn code!

We deal with the possibility of this every single time we release added functionality or general updates! Testing is a big part of the development process, so many things can go wrong.

And users will never fail to surprise you in creative ways of screwing up an otherwise fool-proof system.

I love my users, I really do, but damn if they can't find the most obtuse ways of breaking stuff.

To date, I have never ordered food at a Taco Bell and received the entire correct order as stated. Never. Like, 20 years of Taco Bell employees shoving whatever they have close into a bag and trying to pass it off to me as the correct order.

I haven't ordered anything from them in years. Just last week, me and the wife were coming back from a 5K and needed some food. She pulled up to a Taco Bell (even after I warned her) and ordered. Her order was fine. No problems. I got the mystery bag again.

Me and my fiance were in two car accidents within the span of a year. First time we were rear ended in her car and because the other driver bent the frame and frame work isn't allowed in my state we had to scrap it. No problem, I let her use my other car. On her way to work one morning someone making a left hand turn ran into her, smashing up the front end pretty badly. She hurt her wrist and chipped her tooth. We had to scrap that car too and we sued, but didn't get that money until months later. No problem though I told her we could share the main car that I drive. Here's the kicker. The day after, I bullshit you not, the car wouldn't start. After some internet detective work and a few hundred bucks later it was operational again but yeah 2014 was a shitty year for us both.

The 12 months I was 13 years old, every time I saw the number 13, something bad/unlucky would happen to me. Every. Single. Time.

Toronto Maple Leafs were up 4-1 on the Bruins in game 7 a few years ago with like 14 min left to go. Boston needed 4 goals to win the game. They scored 4 goals.
