I believe it's called Saturn Devouring his Son. Creepy stuff, especially with the eyes.

    Well, Mama's wrong again!

Fight the good fight, school. Electrosensitivity is a myth and people claiming it shouldn't dictate how schools are run.

shorter wait time for requested invites or, and this may be unpopular, purchased invites. It works for Something Awful, and they maintain their exclusivity.

Very true. By taking the peaceful route, he let the cop dig his own grave. Telling him off might have been satisfying, but seeing him eat his words is much more so.

It won't be in one large sum, but I want to get my old truck on the road.

I've got an 84 Jeep J10 pickup thta came with a 258 inline six. That old engine was tired and simply can't hold its own in the modern world (with 8 miles per gallon), so I'm replacing it with a 4.0 out of a Cherokee I got for free from my uncle. But a swap isn't enough for me! Turns out that you can take the crankshaft and connecting rods out of the 258 and drop them into the 4.0 to get a stroked out 4.6 litre engine. Theres no replacement for displacement, so the engine will have more power and torque. This will help, as the J10 is considerably heavier than a Cherokee, at about 3000 pounds. People will say, shoulda had a V8! To them I say, teach me how to weld. The 4.0 mounts up to the transmission, fits the motor mounts, and has the brownie points of being the engine I've been driving for the last 10 years. And, like I said, I got it for free.

Up next I need to get the engines pulled and taken to a guy that's done this before. I'm not confident enough to do this on my own, I lack tools and know how. After the internals transplant, I have to figure out fuel lines, electronics, hydroboost brake mounting, and who knows what else I'll find along the way. It'll be an interesting few months.
