Yeah, but I like text posts, just not all of these lounge posts in particular. A possible compromise, I think, would be to have the ability to "mute" a tribe so that you don't see them on the frontpage.

This is a great idea! I think that when you are creating the tribe, it should have a little checkbox next to it saying in red text "NSFW" and you can check it or not check it

I totally understand that point. However, there are some things that can be done to allow these negative groups without hurting others. When I browse censor-ship free forums, whenever I saw some hatepost (which was allowed) it would be met with harsh criticism, and the person would be negative repped into oblivion. Whenever this person commented on anything, people noticed his terrible reputation and never replied to his comments. We can learn something from this. In reddit, these hate groups ran rampant without any punishment, because there is no punishment. If we employ an effective way of the users punishing other users for hateposts, I think we can have a hate-free AND censhorship-free snapzu.

It was reddit's biggest slipup yet. Reddit might slowly die within the next few months. The problem is the community will either all go to voat, or all go to snapzu. I'm thinking everyone will move to voat, just because it's a pure clone of reddit.

lol, on another note, as a person who knows how to hack into others' accounts, heres a fun tip on how to not get hacked by some indian like this guy:
1. use a different password for every account that uses the same e-mail address (this is THE way of never getting hacked)
2. the password must have more than 4 numbers, and cannot be something common like 1234, moreso something like 4827 (having a strong password means you can't get bruteforced if you don't use the same passwords)
remember guys, most hackers just feed your e-mail address and run it through a bunch of unprotected sites' sql databases to check for your passwords, and that's how they hack you. as long as you don't use the same password for any account, and all your passwords are very "strong", you'll be in the clear

New tech. (Oculus Rift, Microsoft Hololens, Google Glasses, etc) It's nice to experience new technology firsthand, and it's even nicer to further the progression of it by purchasing the product.
