Mangoes and I have a special relationship, we are life long pals. Just don't tell coconut, tends to get jealous. This recipe reminds me of my chickpea salad. Everything is the same except swap mango for chickpea. Yummy.

Just downloaded 'Good and Cheap' plus 'From Scratch' which is a vegetarian cookbook. Her recipes are easily accessible, totally affordable, and simply delicious. Not too shabby for something that's free! Recommend.

I could do the squats, pushups, and crunches all at once. The jumping jacks and skipping rope however would require heavy duty gear like a pair of Depends and a super cushioned floor ;)

If you are having a low motivation day & just need to get started do a count down workout. It makes your brain participate and doesn't allow your thoughts to wonder. Also excellent for kids because they need structure. Just do something.

What a petty douche the owner of Holiday Motors is. One cannot pay ones taxes in pennies, or any large bill for that matter, legal tender or not there are many stories online about the no-no of paying out in pennies. He is small minded, cheap, and unreasonable pettifogger. Must be a total joy to work for.

The best friend of greed is apathy. If no one cares about others then greed is allowed to run rampant and destroy us and the very planet we stand upon. It's time to stop hording wealth, stop wanting what others have, stop with mindless consumption, and start caring, and being mindful of the ramifications of our choices. 3 days she beat him? I can't even digest that information to have it make any sense. Monsters walk among us. Bad enough anyone hurting a child but when its own mother does it, the act becomes reprehensible. No punishment is good enough. And there are no words outside of 'evil' in any human language to describe this woman. One doesn't even need to be a parent to shudder at the details this story provides. The terror and pain that poor little boy lived through. Disgraceful. Some days I am ashamed to be human.

That was a highly amusing, entertaining, and disturbing article. I loved every word of it. And I now know without a doubt that I will never eat at TGI Friday's. Like, ever.
