I have a vestigial third nipple. It's not too exciting to look at as it's just a patch of slightly darker and longer hair on my chest. But it's mine, and a source of endless amusement for my wife.

Third nipples are amusing! My boyfriend had mentioned once that the doctor said a tiny thing on his chest is a third nipple (he doesn't agree)... endlessly entertained.

I wouldn't call my thumbs double jointed, but I can pop them out and back in. In middle school I made it up like a button, and asked my crush at the time to press it. When she did I opened my hand and it revealed a note asking her to the upcoming dance. She said no.

I have patches of hair on my shoulders, unconnected to any other hair. I call them my shoulder moustaches.

Are you actually joking here. Sorry, I had to adjust my mind there a second - am I right to assume the hair on your head is cut short?! You don't mean you have thick flowing backlocks?

The hair on the left side of my back in an area about the size of a dinnerplate is about 1.5 inches long, my hair is usually 0.5 to 1 inch long

Not a physical abnormality, but I need like 9+ hours of sleep a night to feel rested. If I get less, I get terrible headaches and a shitty attitude. So, you know, that's fun.

Being 6'7", 201 cm, puts me in the 99.9th percentile for height. I guess you could say that's a bit abnormal.

6' 4". I can vouch. This guy is actually tall. I'm not that tall... but yes I'll get that from the top shelf for you...

As a 5'2" person, thank you kindly! I often have to ask people to come "be tall" for me! :D

Mild rib deformation! My ribs on the left side curve inward in a bad way. Severe versions can cause serious health issues, but mines really mild, so I just can do bench presses.

I have poorly healed ribs on one side so when I take a deep breath and expose my lower rib cage it is noticeably asymmetric. Never would have even thought about it if you hadn't mentioned yours.

I have an extra flap of skin on my right ear.

I'm able to put my thumbs behind my palms.

My left ear lobe has this fleshy lump bit. It's kind of like I have a double ear lobe. Although, most people never notice it unless it is pointed out.

I have type D brachydactyly, otherwise known as clubbed thumb, on my left thumb. Just like Megan Fox, but she has it on both thumbs.

ME TOO! Hi thumb twin :) I also have it on both thumbs just like Megan Fox.
Also known as murders thumbs too (thumbs gonna GET YA). 1 in 1,000 I think and apparently means we are related to royalty somewhere down the line (or so I heard).

I am massively shit at bowling because my thumbs only fit in the balls that are too heavy.

The number of artificial joints(2), and the number that it will have if I am still alive in 10-15 years (min 4, max 6).

I don't ever get thirsty, I am in Texas and I have trained myself to drink. But if I am doing something hours upon hours could pass before I drink. I just have no urge for drinking. I exclusively only drink water, but I just don't have the urge to drink. It's been like this forever.

I visit the doctor quite frequently and he says even though I and other people have this, I am pretty healthy. So that's a plus. :).

I am the other way around. I am always drinking water. usually at least a gallon a day.

I emit TONS of heat. My core is a normal (even low) 98.0 degrees (F). However, my hands and feet run over 100 degrees most of the time. I look at it as my superpower. If a lock is frozen shut, I can just hold it in my hands for a few minutes and it works fine. My hands work faster than the defroster on the truck.

I can dislocate at will my right middle toe. I flip it in and out quite often when I'm thinking. My neck is rather short as a result of a compression fracture to the cervical spine when I was a baby (I asked my mum about it but she ducked the question). It wasn't discovered until I was 30 odd when I had a throat x-ray. No wonder I couldn't do headstands in PE! I also have a large mole under my chin, an endless source of entertainment for small children. "What's that thing under your chin?" The bloody thing has started growing long dark hairs which I cut back. I let one grow out once - inch and a half it was. Eek!

I have shortened rotator cuffs in my hips, and short achilles tendons. I didn't really understand this about myself until I was at college and my dance professor realized my shortcomings (that sounds harsh but she was actually very nice about it - after dancing for 15 years it was extremely frustrating that I couldn't even do splits!). My whole life, I haven't been able to sit cross-legged or on the floor at all because the circulation in my legs is completely cut off. Makes it very hard to get down on the floor and play with my son sometimes.

My throat is slightly dislocated meaning I can put a finger inside my adam's apple and it makes my voice a whole lot darker

Some ribs on left side are indented. Never pointed it out to a doctor before, but it's very noticeable if you run your hand along them that they dip inwards in certain areas. It's not like a concave chest, it's just noticeable dips along them (I guess my ribs are wave-y?).

That and my right ear has a piece of cartilage along the back that didn't connect properly to my skull. If I tug my ear out to the side this little bit pops out. If it's really cold that area can hurt and I have to press my ear in to readjust it. At least, I assume that's what is happening.
