it would surprise no one. remember, she was the one who just lost that sexual discrimination lawsuit against her former employers. the judge threw her case out, saying that it was clear that she was denied her promotion because she was obviously not very good at her job, lol. it was a big scam, anyway.
how she became ceo of reddit is an altogether different scandal and controversy, but i don't even want to go into that. a quick google search will get you started. she is just awful.

that was the whole point, actually. those prisoner ships were kept illegally by the british government and eventually sunk by the revolutionaries to free the prisoners. too bad the deeper historical context and meaning are lost on these reactionaries...
additionally, they took great pains to not only design an addition to the existing monument that would match and compliment its existing design, but to mount it to a way that would in no way damage it if it were to be removed. a great deal of thought and planning went into this. this was no simple, thoughtless act of vandalism.

hello! i'm new here, myself. i came over here after growing more and more tired of reddit. it can be great at times, but it can be equally unruly and ugly. it seems like it's heading towards it's own special version of a Digg 4.0-style meltdown. perhaps this site will end up being the "next reddit", lol.
anyway, the people here are a lot nicer, the signal-to-noise ratio is so much better, the site has a lot of cool features, and it's generally a better experience, imo, even it isn't currently as popular.

She says that men are better at negotiating, and women get punished for trying (without any proof to back up these claims, of course). So, essentially, using her own logic, if men are better at something, then nobody should be allowed to do it. you know... for equality!

A fourth Brooklyn man is behind bars for allegedly plotting to recruit for the Islamic State. According to federal investigators, Dilkhayot Kasimov was helping raise funds to kill President Obama, hijack a plane and plant a bomb in Coney Island. He faces charges of conspiracy and attempting to provide material support to a terrorist organization.
