Maho Beach, St. Martin
An Air France flight flies into the Princess Juliana International Airport on the Dutch / French Caribbean island of St. Martin. Maho Beach is an internationally famous beach due to it's proximity to the end of the runway. Many tourists visit the beach in order to see planes land that are no more than 30 - 40' above them. Reddit Alternatives: Where Will Ellen Pao’s Detractors File Out?
Whether or not Ellen and the rest of the management at Reddit has overplayed their hand remains to be seen, but for the second time in a month, the long list of Reddit alternatives are being flooded with traffic. Most of these sites might be classified as Reddit clones than real alternatives, which makes the playing field pretty level for who is going to emerge as the next go-to media sharing site if Pao can’t keep it afloat.

NASA's Pluto probe will spend 'days' recovering from a glitch
The mission team believes it could take up to "several days" to get back to normal due to the distance from Earth -- and that's slightly worrying when the mission's all-important Pluto flyby should take place on July 14th. While there's a good chance that New Horizons will be back to normal by the time it's close to the dwarf planet, it's clear that every day of downtime will matter.

The article in the link is a bit long, but worth reading. There's also a short video that can serve as an introduction to the hypothesis. Enjoy!
