Welcome aboard. It's a nice bunch here, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend poking around, joining a couple of tribes for what your interested in, there is some good discussion to be had here.

It's really hard to pick just one, and I have so many favourites for so many different occasions/emotions. Probably the one song I could listen to on repeat for forever though is Yesterday by the Beatles. Was one of my Nan's fav songs before she passed so it has a bit of a special place, but I just seem to have a connection to the words/melody of the song as well, and I really love the whole vibe of it. It's just one I don't think I'll ever tire of.

I met Nicholas Hoult in 2008 while I was at uni in Reading. He was out at a bar and me and a friend bumped into him. This was just after the second season of Skins had come out and we were both big fans. He was a cool guy and was really genuine and happy to chat to us, made it seem like no bother at all. I really like him as an actor and I'm pleased to see him working his way up in Hollywood. Loved him as Nux in the latest Mad Max film.

Much like /u/spaceghoti, /u/gnomeshell & /u/papervoid I am fascinated with all things to with space. I might not understand a lot of the complex things although I love reading about stuff and trying to puzzle together some of the theories involved, but damn I love it all.

Snapzu got me over Voat initially because Voat was always down. But after coming here and staying I saw a community where discussion was valued and encouraged, and discussion in a friendly way where people could disagree without it leading to hateful messages or hivemind downvote brigading for having differing opinions. This has led to me being much more active compared to how I was on Reddit. Finally after managing to get onto Voat I can see the community is practically a clone of Reddit's where as I seem to be looking for more which Snapzu is currently providing for me. Also this site is leaps and bounds ahead visually compared to Voat. I can't stand the layout of the place and how basic it feels compared to all the snazzy features here.

Totally the same for me. All my life I grew up with dogs, always said I was a dog person and never really knew anyone with cats. Then when I moved into my own place it was on the smaller side and I work long shifts so decided to get two little terror kittens instead of a puppy. Wow I am definitely a cat person now although I still love dogs but these two have swayed me completely. I mean I hate them at times they are truly out to ruin my life but when they are nice they are so cute and cuddly and affectionate, something I didn't expect from cats to be honest.

I love the Elder Scrolls system of gaining EXP personally. Using spells and skills improves them over time, makes it feel a bit more authentic.

You know I actually agree with you there. I still prefer the B2P method but I definitely think ArenaNet dropped the ball a bit. The living world story just didn't keep my attention that much, and I don't like that you have to pay gems for it now, or at least part 1 I think they charge for. WvW was my jam though, it was the reason I played for as long as I did but it could have used some love earlier on to mix it up and keep it fresh for sure. I don't play much GW2 nowadays but I do like that I can just hop back on at anytime and pick up where I left off. Not sure if I'll grab the new expac straight away though.

It's a nice looking Aegis just crazy expensive! Would cost around £288 to get the compendium to level 1000. Not sure if that's worth it.

I like the upvote of snapzites. We could go for something tribe related, maybe a brood of snapzites or a society of snapzites?
