    You know, instead of grilling highly-processed plant foods, you can grill the plant foods directly. For example, you can grill eggplant and zucchini, make skewers with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and even grill tofu if you're worried about protein content. For dessert you can grill pineapple or watermelon. All of these would be much easier and probably healthier.
