Absolutely. I've been on the technical preview on my home computer and my Surface Pro 2 since it came out. I haven't had any problems and it's been a great experience. MS really stepped up their game from W8. Looking forward to what they have in store after this first W10 release.

I just wish the Windows Phone version was coming out around the same time, but I think it won't be until the end of the year unfortunately. Oh well.

The Internet is a bit of a big scary limitless place sometimes. I wonder what our lives would be like if the Internet hadn't become so mainstream; if it was just a kind of exclusive thing. I mean, you still get that feeling with smaller communities, but it's still intimidating at times. I wonder where we would have found opportunities to advance communication technologies if not for the explosive capabilities the Internet brought to the picture.

Just looked it up and it looks like you're right, it would have been either bats or moths. It would have been interesting to watch that happen!

But also I know this morning when I was out there, there were definitely some bees and smaller little insects that were able to get into the flowers before they closed up.

Can't speak to this particular one as I totally forgot to give it a sniff (well, and, still getting over a cold so I might not be able to smell much anyway), but some other cactus blossoms can smell really nice. We have a lot of prickly pear cacti around here. The fragrance from the blooms isn't particularly strong, but it's nice. Also the fruits taste really sweet; we make lemonade out of them.

Saguaros have nice blossoms too but I'm afraid I've never been up high enough on one to smell it. :)

I'll be honest, in my desire for pictures I completely forgot to smell it! I have a feeling there will be more that bloom tonight since there are a few other cacti out there. So I will go out in the morning and get back to you on that provided my cold is all better and I can properly smell again. :)

Very pleased to see my city on the list. Hopefully it'll reach my house though; we've never been able to get cable internet because we're not serviced by ANY of the providers. We're in the middle of the city and no one can run a cable to our house. Hopefully this initiative will make that irrelevant.

I think it'll probably take a really long time, buuuut it's progress at least.

I never quite understood the mechanics of Bitcoin, so maybe someone can help me understand this. Why is it an "attack"? And why is it bad that there was this big transaction? Did it take down the network or hurt users somehow? I read through the whole article but I felt like the writer was taking for granted that everyone would know why this event was bad.

I actually have some of these right outside my house. Living in 110-degree Arizona has its perks :)
