9 years ago+5 5 0Welcome new members! Make sure to follow the title format! PLUS New Rule
http://snapzu.com/t/newtribes/tribepost/9VIEP...s-amp-information-on-how-to-share-your-tribes
It is not required, but makes things run a lot smoother. It will also be what makes you eligible for tribe of the week when I implement it, but more on that later.
NEW RULE:
You are required to have the name of the tribe in the title. Titles like "/t/cooking - a place for cooking" and "Come to my cooking tribe" are fine, but something like "Do you like cooking?" does not specify that it is a cooking tribe you are talking about. This rule has been added because these posts show up in your feed, and something that is not titled like that may be confused for something else.

9 years ago+16 17 1Post your favorite tribes here!
So, like last time we got an influx of new members, lets have another tribes thread. These are great so that new members can find communities that they loved on other websites here on snapzu.
First, I'll plug some of mine: /t/newtribes /t/virtualreality /t/learnprogramming
and one I'm a moderator of, the familiar: /t/asksnapzu
I also love /t/gaming, /t/languagecafe, and /t/esperanto

9 years ago+31 31 0Would you all be interested in a weekly "New Tribe of the Week" thread?
This could work a variety of ways. Off the top of my head:
1)I pick a random one I like. This is the simplest, however, very vulnerable to my interests.
2)A weekly vote, the day before the thread. The next day, the highest voted tribe will be stickied for the next 7 days.
3)A weekly vote for next week in the current winners thread. This would delay each winner for a week to two weeks after they have posted, but it would also allow more time to vote.
4)Post a thread each week and let people just vote up comments there. Do not post a new thread.
Does this sound like an interesting idea?
