Not much from me this weekend! Got a date today which I am only slightly excited about... He seems like a nice guy, but I'm picky and have better things to be doing. I'll go because it's the right thing to do, but if it's meh, I'm just going to call it off with him. I know that sounds kind of bad... but I'm really not looking to date right now!

Shoutout to the new update!

I'm really liking the new post overview. Went there to check on one of my snaps and was pleasantly surprised by the new changes! It makes it much easier to manage my comments and text posts without having to go directly to them now. And being able to see how many upvotes / downvotes they've been given. And the fact that I can filter between them so I'm not seeing all them together as well!

What song would I pick? Vogue by Madonna. Why? Because I'm FIERCE. And it also speaks to me on a "go and enjoy yourself, do what you want" level.

Also, it brought vogueing into mainstream culture, which is awesome in its own right.

Fun fact: The music video was directed by the acclaimed David Fincher, before he began to transition into film.

I have zero plans! :D Working on portfolio stuff as usual and other non-important tasks. I'm attempting to get a job in UX in either NYC, Chicago, or LA by March of next year, so just gotta keep on trucking along and improving my skillset! I sort of also want to go to Market Days in Chicago, which is the Midwest's largest street festival. It's mostly geared towards the LGBT community, but there's tons of other fun stuff going on as well. I think I'll just save that for next year though.
