Her name is too trashed for her to run again imho
Definitely, she's shrouded in more controversy than any one single politician can handle in a life time.
I believe the US voters already decided that for her.
For a second there I thought this was The Onion. Finally she woke up to the fact that she's unelectable.
Too bad her ego and the ego of her entire party caused this mess. But to quote David Brin: " You live and learn,or at least,you live. "
She said she was done in 2008. This may just be her "public position".
Yeah... but what about her daughter? Rumor was they wanted Chelsea to run for stuff in the near future. The question is, is the Clinton brand as damaged as the Bush brand.
She'll carpet bag to a nice safe D+7 district and get into the House, maybe. I doubt she could even make the Senate. She'd be crushed in a national election, assuming they could rig a primary to that level again.
The Clinton name is damaged enough that any thoughts of a presidency is out. That was a problem when Hillary ran in the last election but the DNC ignored it. Unless there is some major rebranding of the Clinton name.
Problem is, you can't really "rebrand" it. The damage has been done, shes out for good.

Delightful news -- she never really did much of anything as a Senator and was deplorable as SoS. I couldn't agree more with the general consensus here. Whether it is her external locus of control or antisocial personality disorder (I am certain beyond reasonable doubt she is either a sociopath or psychopath) that shines through she never seems to fail to sicken me to my stomach.
