I love the sauce, but I'm not sure about the rest of the stuff like vodka and chips.
I've never heard of this stuff, but I'll keep an eye out next time I need hot sauce.
You possibly never heard of it because the company that makes it hasn't spent a penny on advertising, yet are selling $60 million of the stuff per year.
Other companies can and do make it too, but not even close to the level of popularity as Huy Fong Foods, which has the rooster logo. The name itself, Sriracha, isn't and can't be trademarked.
Theres only one Rooster Sauce!
