Most of those require a high degree of skill, basically a college degree. Not real helpful for making money on the side. However, I have heard that learning sign language is relatively easy, and not that many people who can hear bother to learn it, so interpreter are in high demand.
Also a lot of those jobs especially the interpreters will be during normal business hours. If you are working full-time there is a good chance you would be working the same hours.
