Ascaris are my favorite crazy parasites. They multiply really fast until you body is completely filled with worms. When you sleep they come out of your nose or mouth for a walk on your face and then get back in. Fun stuff. Plus you can have them and have no idea about it.
I was thinking about risking it with just a coffee, but I think even that would be foolish.
