Not if you want to eat non processed real food.
Exactly. And the point the article makes is that people who really want to eat healthy are not the market for these fake meats. I don't eat them, but I do eat many of the ingredients. For instance, I'll use chickpeas in salads, in stir fries, in hummus and elsewhere, and I bake with chickpea flour. But I won't buy a chickpea burger (I won't refuse one if it's being served, but I won't seek it out).
