I had a fun day leading shitty children that thought they ran the place. Didn't take shit from any of them. Now I'm going home to have a drink and relax to a podcast till I get up tomorrow for another day with the same kids.

9 years ago+1 1 0ExRedditors, why did you wait to join?
I'm just interested as to why people from Reddit are joining snapzu this long after the AMAgeddon. I joined the day of or day after. Is it the invite system or were you sticking with Reddit to see what would happen? If so, what happened after you waited?

I bite my nails and I was wondering what other habits people have (good, bad or funny) that they want to but can't get rid of.

I want to know the best revenge stories you've got or maybe something really passive aggressive (for example office squabbles)that you've done to get your point across.

I'm not sure how it works elsewhere but it seems that every time I click the notification button it reloads it which is cool but it is quite slow. Is there a way to load them as soon as you load the page theoretically opening them instantly once clicked because the data is already there? Could it also have a persistent check to update if new notifications arrive hopefully also opening it quicker when the user gets around to checking them?
Edit: I understand that the site is growing and that contributes to speeds but I think this could help

I've tried subscribing to This American Life but whenever I do I only see the latest episode. Do I have to download all previous episodes separately or am I doing something wrong?

9 years ago+1 1 0[Site Behavior] Home page comment links
On my homepage when I see a comment from someone I'm following, I've seen the comment and when I click it, I want to read the context. Could the link for that comment show at least the parent comment as well or even the whole specific comment thread. Seeing a comment, clicking it and seeing the same comment by itself and then clicking again to see the parent has a useless middle man.

9 years ago+5 5 0Parents or people who work with children, what's your funniest story?
I lead children in a youth group and we have a segment after sessions sometimes called GB or General Business which is where the leaders tell each other funny stories about the children, trying hard to not mention names so as to not embarrass anyone.
