ExRedditors, why did you wait to join?

I'm just interested as to why people from Reddit are joining snapzu this long after the AMAgeddon. I joined the day of or day after. Is it the invite system or were you sticking with Reddit to see what would happen? If so, what happened after you waited?

    Eh I know I personally would have joined a lot sooner if I had actually heard of this place. I hunted down an invite code the same day of the initial drama after seeing people talking about it, checked out the site and thought it looked pretty sweet. I don't consider myself an ex-redditor, it's just coincidence that the reddit drama is what brought the site to my knowledge.

        Off and on. I've never been much of a power user, only making odd comments here and there and very rarely posting submissions. But there is a definite pattern of lurking where I would go months at a time barely posting at all, and then a month or two being a little more social.
