The UnixPorn Tribe is just fine as it is right now in my honest opinion. It just needs more people in the tribe so we can get a constant flow of screenshots.

I'd maybe add a sticky snap with links to various unixporn related resources similar to what you do over in Reddit's UnixPorn subreddit (e.g.,The related websites part of the wiki, but done better.).
We could potentially also have a sticky to share common tips, tricks, and configuration settings as well.
