The only thing I can think of is that I'm following /u/Droiddev so its letting me PM him... also, droid is following /u/teamsnapzu so he sees the PM button, but hes not following anyone else, so the button does not show up for him. I did some testing and for the peeps I follow I see PM option, but for those who I don't, the button is not available.

Droid, can you follow me to confirm?
