When he arrived, he discovered that the rennet in the stomach lining had curdled the milk, creating the first cheese.

20-year-old Wisconsin cheddar is a 'cheese milestone'
Only in Wisconsin can hearts be broken by cheese. Russian Cops Bust $30M Cheese Ring
Russian authorities have arrested six people for running a contraband cheese ring worth $30 million. The international ring had been producing “as cheese a product made from cheese rennet whose import into Russia is forbidden,” police said. It was then sold under fake foreign labels in Russia, where imports of Western cheeses were banned two years ago, in retaliation for sanctions.
