I'm terrible at grass and had some issues with lighting, but here is a scene I made with my favourite starter, Charmander. A little post done in GIMP but apart from that it's all Blender.

I made this scene a while ago for a daily 3d with the theme Easter. Quite simple with a bump map for the paisley texture on the egg and a quick cloth simulation to add something a bit more interesting.

A scene I made recently using my girlfriends writing equipment, still needs some work so let me know if you have any suggestions.
