What is something that most everyone thinks about themselves but isn't necessarily true?
I'll start: - I'm a good driver - I have good taste in music/movies etc. - Advertising doesn't work on me

I am smarter than the average person.

No one else has ever thought of this before!
I am a better than average driver.
"I'm just pretending to be an adult, you're going to notice eventually that I don't know what i'm doing"
I go through this on at least a weekly basis at work.
I work my ass off just to trick myself into not thinking this.
I am really great at BBQing meat.
Lol what? Is there a story?
I don't think that!
Wikipedia's List of cognitive biases is always fun to read.
I am ravishingly beautiful. :)
Thought of a couple more. 'If I was in charge of making that movie/tv show it'd be a lot better' 'My ideas are great, I would make amazing things if I just had someone to help make my ideas a reality'

Everybody else is an idiot.
I like how everyone says, "I hate everyone."
I keep doing it and a moment later I reflect on the absurdity of the statement.
I say it all the time too and then realize people I don't like say the same thing. Everyone wants to be the person who is holier than thou and has the right to hate everyone. lol
You know who really hates everyone? Spiders. They will even eat their own kids.
I'm a weird person.
Or I'm a pretty normal person.
Honestly, I think most people are. We just get an unrealistic concept of "normal" from popular media.
"I'm a nice person." = usually not very nice
same with "I hate drama" = run and don't stop
I am inherently irresistible to members of my gender of choice.
gods i wish that were true. even just the thinking it part.
I'm reminded of a question posed by an old show:
"What if you could have sex with anyone you wanted?
What if anyone who wanted could have sex with you?"
"all of my problems are unique and no one understand how difficult I've had it"
I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
When in actuality, they mean, "I'm from the government and you're here to provide reason for my position."
I can't make a difference.
nobody/everybody is interested in what I have to say.
I'm special.
I'll be right back! I left my helmet on the short bus again.
People are interested in hearing about my success.
