Well, one important thing is to always drink enough water. If I drink less than I should, I feel tired and if it's bad, I'll even feel sick.

I eat very slowly and try to savor the taste of the food before swallowing. Aside from being more enjoyable (taste) it actually causes me to eat less food. I used to be able to eat my way through a large stuffed crust pizza with no help. Now I eat maybe two three pieces before I feel full. Plus it makes me feel more grateful which is nice. Another thing I do is cook for myself as often as possible, I actually went the whole summer, maybe getting fast food or take out four times in three months (way way less than usual). at the end I found I could make better pizza than most around me, and had a variety of other dishes to add to my repertoire all cheaper and better than I would find going out or taking in.

I've started walking to work. So every day it's 7km into work and 7km back. It's not a great deal but it's 14km a day 5 days a week so it helps with my general cardio and fitness levels.

I weigh myself every day so I know if I should take it easy with my meals that day or eat normally. I'm currently trying to maintain my weight.

Get up and walk around the house on a regular basis. Drink plenty of water. Take good quality multivitamins.

Every day a teaspoon turmeric and a spoonful of arginine. Added C-vitamin if a storm's coming up. Chia seeds in my oatmeal porridge. Plus the tea I was talking about earlier. (Every other day, yoga. Does that count?)
