Assuming that extremely profitable materials (gold, diamond, etc.) are also off-limits, I'd want for my tree to grow magic wands/tomes so that I could become a wizard! Who needs a money tree when you have magic?
I need a gravel source on my property, so that I can have a driveway that doesn't turn into a bog for half the year. If I could have an orchard of gravel trees, I would be able to build a better driveway within a few years.
