Yep. As part of a tax reform bill, there was $40 million break for them (The states largest single employer (civilian, DOD may have them beat), They said "buh bye" to the NRA, the bill passed minus the tax break.
And taking away an average of $100 a month in bonus for the tiny chance at "fabulous prizes"...yeah, surprisingly unpopular.

I suspect he thinks none of his employees have an IQ higher than fifty. At the end of the day,it's more money for him anyway.
