Genentech and another drugmaker will pay $67 million to settle claims that they misled doctors into prescribing a treatment to lung cancer patients for whom the companies knew it would not work.

$67 million settlement out of a billion-dollar industry? So they basically checked their couches for loose change and offered that up?
It's looking to be a trillion dollar industry globally. For those involved, it's like getting a speeding ticket.
So true..And I suspect they will get another speeding ticket for statins.
