Ok, so openly executing someone on video and not being able to "accidentally" destroy the video might result in punishment. Such a relief.
If by "punishment" you mean a 7-figure payout at taxpayer expense, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing, and no criminal charges for the cop, then yeah.
