What about sprouts that are put into hot Pho (Vietnamese soup)??? I eat that like every week or 2 and I always put it into my soup and never gotten sick.
Cooks it just like the meat.
I usually just get my steamed before hand, it doesn't really hurt the flavor and crunchiness of them. Then again, when I think about it... there is a LOT of shit that can kill you in this world, if I feared everything I would be in a padded room, wrapped in a plastic bubble, eating radiation treated food paste. So yeah, I think I'll risk it a little.
