    I sleep for about 6 hours at night, then most of the time Ill have a mid day nap for 45 min to recharge. Works well for me, and I never feel tired.

      I'm a big fan of Biphasic sleeping, too. Always nice to get a little shuteye in the middle of the workday.

      Well, it work better since I work from home. But still. Good stuff.
