I need 9 hours a night or I'm pretty dead and make a lot of mistakes. If you do the math, it's pretty crazy how much more time someone has if they only need three or four hours. Let's just say they get 4 hours of sleep a night - that means they have 5 hours more per day than I do or more than 1800 hours a year. That's 75 days a year that they have to do stuff when I'm just lying in bed. Insane.
Personally I can run on about 6-6.5 hours a day, if I get any less I will need to supplement the missing sleep with a power nap during the day. If I pull a week where I have an average of 5 hours of sleep, I will literally crash on Saturday and ruin my day.
