You know you're lazy when..
Studied have proven time and again that we are a lazy species. We would rather conserve energy and do the things we like as apposed to do stuff we don't like just so we can get rid of energy.
I think the desire to get exercise in a pill is a lot like the desire for money to grow on trees. There's no satisfaction comparable to the kind that you've earned through hard work. Plus, exercise only requires a hour a day or less. That's just my two cents.
