Doesn't TH already have some kind of relationship with Wendy's? I notice a lot of the new locations have both restaurants in one building. Kind of like this http://www.etkinllc....#039;s/photo1_bg.jpg

I see these all over the place now. I like wendys more, but I know tim hortons is better for me.

I was in one today for lunch. The Tims lineup was almost out the door, while the Wendys had no lineup at all. I wanted coffee and a bagel so I waited.

There are 2 possible scenarios. Either BK gets a lot better, or Timmy's gets a lot worse.

These deals have infuriated many members of the Democratic Party, including President Barack Obama who condemned them in an interview with CNBC’s Steve Liesman in July. “For you to continue to benefit from that entire architecture that helps you thrive,” he said, “but move your technical address simply to avoid paying taxes is neither fair, nor is it something that's going to be good for the country over the long term.” Treasury Secretary Jack Lew has also called on Congress to close the loophole.

This is the perfect example of capitalistic greed.
