There are online tests which should help you determine if you are.
I took a few a while back and they point out that I have pretty strong Deuteranomaly/Deuteranopia (green deficient). Didn't figure it out until I was over 40, so it's not like it's a danger, more of a curiosity than anything.
Ok one more. I took the two circles from the lightest part of the dress (both colors) and then placed them over the dress. I also edited the right side of the dress to darken it up to create the possible (black & blue) effect. Please describe what you see.

I can see how you might see the white as light blue, but where are you getting the black from? You don't see gold?
The blue is not light,and I see no GOLD!

The longer we look at it now we both see blue and gold. i am sure we will get an explanation on this as it is all over the net.

I see a brownish color on the left and a light blue color on the right. Definitely a lot stronger than I see in the dress however.
