Peanut butter and chocolate go together great. Beer and weed might need to be kept separate.

Why do we seem to be busting up so many families these days? Hops and cannabis are "two genera in the family Cannabinaceae.." They look alike, albeit hops can be fifty times larger. Coming home with a bag of hops once, I stopped for gas. The attendant caught a glimpse and thought sure I was holding a bag of the unbelievable, unattainable home-grown. Weeds of a feather, and all the rest of that.

And a tomato is a fruit. Don't want it in my fruit salad.

To be fair though, it's also a veg that's a natural in many salads. Odd combinations can surprise. I was skeptical about milk in scotch, as one would be. Having tried it, there's something to be said for it after all.

            milk in scotch

Not a combination I ever considered. I'm trying to imagine it, and I just can't.

So, halfsies, more milk, or more scotch?

Not much milk, maybe a couple of jiggers. And as always, a branded single-malt.

I can say I tried it. Not a fan, but I typically drink it neat anyway.

Likewise, neat. Not sure what the appeal of rocks is. At least milk has the virtue of variety.
