Me and the wife went to Capilano whenever we went to Vancouver a few years back.
I'm not a huge fan of heights at all. Hate them. Palms were quite sweaty. But, I'd have to say, it was a great experience. The bridge is very well made and the whole park was a marvel. I'd love to go back again one day.
