    This work has been studied for a while now by a group in Monash University and Sue Shepherd in South Australia.

      The researchers then set up a lab to test various FODMAPs in food. “We found that wheat and other gluten-containing grains (like rye, barley, wheat) also contained high levels of fructans,” Muir said in an email. “It appears that fructans and gluten tend to co-exist in foods, and gluten-free grains tend to be low FODMAP.”

        I've been on a low FODMAP diet for a long time now. It's the only thing that works for me. It's also much more difficult than a gluten free diet.

          I've mixed some low FODMAP elements with keto and it helps me since keto also cuts out some stuff that it's best i avoid as well.
