I'm using 17.2 with Cinnamon right now. How much of an increase did you see by switching to LXDE?

Great advice. I think I'm actually going to start keeping a log like you suggested. After I've built up some notes I'll consider taking them to a doctor just to see what they say about my sleeping habits.

I created /t/linuxgaming today. A key point though is that although these tribes my have the same name, they are entirely different communities.

They may be small numbers for Reddit, but they're HUGE numbers for Snapzu.

I've used PlayonLinux before and to be honest it usually just ends with me being frustrated. Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you don't.

I understand what you mean with Unity. A lot of people enjoy it but I've really just never liked it.

I'd also like to point out that if you are willing to learn there are VERY detailed guides and tutorials available for Arch for nearly anything that you can think of. They have a very strong, supportive community.

I've used Arch Linux before and I really liked it. The only problem is that I can be pretty stupid and tend to mess something up. Whenever I mess something up I instantly get the urge to start from scratch. It's much easier to start from scratch using a pre-built. :)

Don't dwell on the past, but bringing the positive things from Reddit over is not a bad thing.

I don't think it's really that bad of an idea. A level 4 tribe will have a fairly significant user base to manage, and a lvl 15 user will have a decent understanding of what needs to be done.
