Probably get a job at some sort of space wide delivery service, employed by my nephew that is older than me. My best friend would probably be an evil robot and I'd like to think that I'd fall in love, probably with the cyclops woman that just so happens to be the captain of the ship at the delivery service.

I doubt it's your fault. There isn't much you can mess up with driver manager.

That seems really weird. I have a gtx 960 and everything went fine with driver manager.

What kind of gpu do you have? You should be just been able to use driver manager to get the recommended Nvidia driver instead of using the mamarley ppa.

I'm having some problems with it, but I'm happy to hear it's working for you. I can't get my Nvidia drivers to work in 17.1 XFCE so I tried this and managed to get the driver installed and working. I might just have to use 17.2 Cinnamon until they release 17.2 XFCE if I can't get a few bugs worked out though.
