      Familiar enough to know it's terribly written, yes.

      Jurisdiction matters not at all if there's zero chance of a conviction. Secret Service has better things to do then chase after an attention whore.

        Nah, there's the occasional drunken orgy with prostitutes, lost laptops containing security details, and misplaced weapons. Those take time too.
