Even for just ten min the world felt like a better place. First class hero, thank you!
'Hero' now has a pathetically low bar.
Potentially facing a CFAA charge is not exactly a low bar.
Why there won't be charges:
1. "It was an accident."
2. "I didn't do it."
3. "My boss is scapegoating me"
4. Finding a jury that will convict (even if charges are brought) isn't possible with the present media hysteria.
You're not familiar with the CFAA then? Hint: it's the jurisdiction of the Secret Service.
Familiar enough to know it's terribly written, yes.
Jurisdiction matters not at all if there's zero chance of a conviction. Secret Service has better things to do then chase after an attention whore.
Sorry, that's "hero' to some.

Nah, there's the occasional drunken orgy with prostitutes, lost laptops containing security details, and misplaced weapons. Those take time too.
low bars are a contagious symptom of these malignant times we live
