For example, I recently started reading the James Bond books for the first time. Every time I finish a book in the series, I'm allowed to watch the corresponding movie. Thought it would be fun to see the direct contrast between the movies and the books. Plus, it's a good reason to read all the books and watch all the movies!

How do you cool off?
For those with quick-tempers, how do you stop yourself from lashing out verbally or physically?
I'll start: depending on the situation I'll go outside, take a long shower, or take a nap. I'll admit that sometimes frustration gets the better of me and I've hit doors/walls. I'm working on that, but would love some tips for this as well.
