Awesome! I would never go out of my way to hurt a spider unless it was in my bedroom or it was a dangerous species, luckily we don't have very many of those in Canada.
Same here. We only have two dangerous spider species in the US ...I really enjoyed that cause I'm quite fond of jumping spiders.
