This web resource is fake-science resource. I would not take advices from it.

Here is a quote about making oil:

The oils are then refined by heating to a high temperature and adding sodium hydroxide (lye), and finally, degummed, bleached, and deodorized. Without knowing anything else about it, I already know that I don’t want this industrial substance in my body http://roguehealthandfitness.com/vegetable-oils-are-dangerous-to-health/

Woo-ing people with "chemicals" is so 1990th. I am pretty sure somewhere on that resource I can find anti-GMO alarmism.

What’s the “fake science?” about, as you scare-quoted, “chemicals?” Is sodium hydroxide not lye? Does the author secretly want to ingest that industrial substance? If the term ‘GMO’ appears somewhere at that site, is that “anti-GMO alarmism?”
