The evidence for the importance of breakfast is something of a mess. If you’re hungry, eat it. But don’t feel bad if you’d rather skip it, and don’t listen to those who lecture you.

Meh. I've never had any real problems besides hunger if I skip breakfast so I don't freak out if I miss it. I think the best argument to eat a good breakfast is that you start your day full and happy.

I've not eaten breakfast in years. I have bullet poof coffee, or tea sweetened with Stevia and don't eat till between 3 and 7 at night.
Sounds like you just don't like eating :D
