Can you elaborate? We are constantly innovating so everything around us is changing, especially anything that leans on the progression of technology, ie. work place, living, healthcare, entertainment, politics. Personally I think policies that worked before may no longer have that same effect, and thus something new and sometimes drastically different has to come along to replace them, but we will never know what works until we test and verify.

Having operated in a rather aggressive environment, for all of my life, one meeting I will never forget. We were gathered around a large board room , with all of the trappings of coffee and grandeur and such.

        The meeting commenced.

"We are gathered here in congress" That was so cool to me, I was young. We are gathered here to talk of a new age of synergy, of sharing.

Let me begin with" I have never seen anyone get ahead here by letting the other guy win."

        I never forgot that
