It took me a while to find the button. I made my browser window really wide and it appeared. Then /u/gladsdotter suggested I zoom out. That worked better. I have a firefox extension that lets me zoom out and zoom the text size up. Bit of a kludge but it works.
I dont see the create a tribe button either. Has this been disabled due to the influx of members ?
