It took me a while to find the button. I made my browser window really wide and it appeared. Then /u/gladsdotter suggested I zoom out. That worked better. I have a firefox extension that lets me zoom out and zoom the text size up. Bit of a kludge but it works.
All I see in the top right corner is an option to toggle the tribes between best and up and coming. I'm on mobile if that changes anything.
Please advise, I feel dumb.

I'm on PC and I don't see the option either. Strange.
