    It's late, I'm a little slow. Can you elaborate a little, I'm not following.

      If you'd get a real time pop-up or notification "drunkenninja has just made a new comment in thread x!"

      Isn't that whats happening? It slides out from the top bar and you also see it in the notification menu. Are you proposing to have these certain notifications show up in the feed?
